Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Returns and Exchanges are extended until 10 January 2023.
Please return to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchangePlease note that due to Covid we are not accepting any returns or exchanges of our Frandanas.

If you'd like a refund, same goes for the process above. Please let us know why you would like to return the item, feedback is always appreciated!
Upon receipt, we'll refund you the full price. It can take a few days but please get in touch if you think it's taking too long.
If you've worn your shirt to a party, spilled red wine on it or used it as a beach towel then we'd prefer it if you didn't return it as it's just awkward for both of us.
Please bear in mind that our shirts come alive in the sun. Colours pop out and the prints shimmer. So if your shirt doesn’t look like it does in our photoshoot, slap it on and get outdoors!
If you'd like to exchange any items - that's no problem, just let us know what you'd like to change it for and we'll do this with pleasure.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Orders placed before 1pm are sent out next working day by Hermes.
*There is currently a delay on all orders due to our Warehouse change of up to a week.*
This should be emailed to you when your order is shipped out.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We will notify you of this by email if it happens. It's annoying for us too!
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
What Information Do We Collect?
We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
Cookies and Browser Information
Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognise you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
